Located in the beautiful and quiet community of Cabuya, in Puntarenas province, we are situated directly behind the Cabo Blanco national park and reserve, the Blue Zone of Costa Rica.

Built in the winter of 2024 our units are brand new, with a modern and clean design, featuring tiled floors, teak wood ceilings and accents.

Each unit has a covered outdoor seating area, sliding patio doors and tinted windows as well as their own AC units, kitchen(ettes), full bathroom, high speed wifi, smart tv and living areas for privacy, comfort and autonomy.

Our property consists of 2 stand alone Studio units, also referred to as “Casitas” as well as one 2 bedroom house.

The studios each have a queen sized bed as well as a sofa bed.

The 2-bedroom house has a king sized bed in the master, as well as bunk beds in the second bedroom (Queen + Single).

Units will be cleaned and refreshed every week to help you enjoy your stay.

Our property is filled with beautiful greenery, counting mango trees, banana trees, lime trees as well as lots of lush palms and flowers. 

Our property also includes common areas that are available to us during your stay, including a fully stocked outdoor kitchen, lounge areas, hammocks, as well as outdoor showers,  PLUS in December 2025 we just installed a NEW POOL.

Being located next to the Cabo Blanco mountain, we are also graced with the presence of so much beautiful wildlife. Daily you can see Howler monkeys as well as packs of scarlet macaws fly overhead, not to mention the countless butterflies that are around at all times.  As we are in such a remote and natural environment, we are also graced with the presence of various bugs, mosquitos and ants are the most present, one should be aware and prepared as this is the reality when in the jungle.

We have neighbours on both sides of us, and we enjoy the peaceful community that we are located in, our property is not one for parties or nightlife. There is plenty of nightlife to be had in Santa Teresa, about a 20-minute drive from us.

We ask all guests and visitors to be mindful of your surroundings and respectful of our neighbours. No music or noise after 9-10pm.

Units are  NOW also available to rent for short term visits in the months of May-October as we have a property manager locally.
